Administrative Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Accountant with at least 4 years of proven experience to join our team in Milan (Isola area).

This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in accounting and financial administration, who can manage both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with accuracy and autonomy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the accounts receivable cycle (invoicing, collections, reconciliations)

Oversee the accounts payable cycle (supplier invoices and payments)

Handle general ledger entries (cash and bank transactions)

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Monitor deadlines and tax payments (F24 forms)

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Minimum 4 years of recent experience in accounting/administration roles within SMEs or professional firms

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Proficiency in accounting software / ERP systems

Good command of the English language

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Immediate availability preferred

Permanent employment contract

Full-time, on-site position 

Start date: immediate.

Structured working hours:
Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM–1:00 PM / 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
